TERMITE CONTROL
Homeowners spend an average of 10 Millon+ to build their precious home and Termite can destroy it completely within 1 year of time
Termites are silent destroyers and they live interiorly in wood and soil and can cause thousands of Rupees in damage before ever being detected. That’s why homeowners choose a Nayab Pest Control Services termite solution.
Termites are particularly troublesome pests as they can cause serious damage to your home or workplace, and are notoriously difficult to get rid of. Often, they increase tastefully and in inaccessible spots making termite control difficult. Do-It-Yourself anti-termite treatments like termite spray might not be able to treat termite infestation at the root level, especially in the case of large termite colonies. Getting termite treatment from an expert pest control company is the best way to remove termites from your property and safeguarding your precious belongings.
When should I get
Termite treatment for my premise?
Flying termites in the house or emerging from the foundation of a wall indicates a termite infestation that needs immediate treatment. Other signs of infestation include mud tubes on walls, hollow-sounding woodwork, damaged wood / wooden furniture and discarded termite wings. We also recommend regular monitoring of your property and surroundings to keep them unfavorable for termite infestation. If you notice termites or any other signs of termites, call Nayab Pest Control Services immediately on 0300-4422468 or contact us online

What does post-construction
Termite treatment involve?
Our post-construction termite treatment is done on an existing building to proactively and intensively protect the property against termite infestation. The treatment involves detection of termites using IR Thermal Imaging Camera, drilling holes at skirting level on the walls and injecting liquid Fiprocide/Fiprol termiticide in them by trained technicians. The liquid barrier Fiprocide/Fiprol termiticide treatment carried out by Nayab Termite experts is one of the safest and most effective solutions for post-construction termite control.
The Fiprocide/Fiprol termiticide, once injected into the ground, forms a barrier between the soil and the building structure. As worker termites tunnel through the ground in search of food, they get exposed to this solution, which not only gets ingested but also sticks to their bodies. This active ingredient then spreads to other termites in the colony through contact with the affected termite and destroy complete colony.

What does pre-construction
Termite treatment involve?
Pre-construction termite control, better known as Soil Treatment, is performed in the preliminary phase of construction of a property. The aim of pre-construction termite control treatment is to create an anti-termite barrier underneath the building structure to protect against damages caused by subterranean termites. As a part of this treatment, the areas under and around the concrete base are exposed to a specialized solution that creates a termite barrier in order to have a long-term effect.

Pre-inspection
Before your termite inspection, one of our inspectors will discuss your concerns and any particular needs you may have. The inspector will give you a thorough description of what will the inspection involves. In order to facilitate this inspection process, please clear up any clutter and remove items stored against the perimeter of the premises. The inspector will require access to all walls in your property.
During the inspection
The inspector will examine both the inside and outside of the property, including attics, patios, porches, garages and sub-areas (beneath the floor of the living area). Using specialist tools such as black light flashlights and moisture meters, the inspector will look out for possible leaks in high moisture areas, signs of termites – insects, termite pellets, termite wings and termite tubes as well as conducive conditions – areas of the structure that, if left unmaintained (fungus, dry rot etc.), are likely to attract termites.
Post-inspection
When the termite inspection is complete, you will receive a report which describes the findings – whether or not termite activity was discovered,
areas of concern and damages made (if any). Recommendations and an estimate for treatment, repair and follow-up will also be provided in the
report for you to decide the best course of action.
